Chief Inspiration Officer

With a social media reach of over 60k followers, Micaela Brown has created a national event marketing voice with an audience interested in event marketing, marketing, branding, and entrepreneurship. Her work has been featured by Forbes Travel, The New York Times, Travel Pulse, American Towns, New Mexico Entertainment Magazine, Albuquerque the Magazine, Albuquerque Business First, The Santafean, Santa Fe New Mexican, SantaFe.com, and NewsCastic.

In 2016 Micaela founded Inspire People Media, LLC which the most influential experiential event marketing and event production agency in the Midwest. Inspire PM produces special events, product launches, social media, as well as their unique people media approach. 

Initatives created/founded by Micaela Brown include Diner en Blanc Albuquerque, The Running of the Chihuahuas, StartupABQ, Christmas at Hogwarts, Santa Fe Foodie Classic, Midsummer's Night, Inspire People Media, and Blush & Whimsy.

Micaela was formerly an international trade and development consultant in Washington, D.C. with Target Market International, LLC., USAID contractor for Chemonics International, and International Trade Specialist with the U.S. and Foreign Commercial Service, International Buyer Program, International Trade Administration. She was also a paid intern at the U.S. Embassy to the Holy See in Rome, Italy. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and Communications from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, and an M.A. in Government and Politics, with a focus in Public Administration, and Certification in International Law and Diplomacy from St. John’s University in Rome, Italy.

Micaela is a British-American Project Fellow, and in 2017 honored as Fellow of The Royal Society of the Arts.


Samantha Worm

Project Coordinator

Samantha was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She has her degree in Hospitality and Tourism from the local college. Post grad, Samantha began her own event coordinating company at the age of 20 and has spent every year since in the event industry expanding her knowledge. Her keen eye to detail and knack for organization combined with her years of operational experience makes her a perfect fit for her new role as Project Coordinator at Inspire People Media. In her free time, Samantha enjoys traveling around the world, watching movies, and spending time with her Chihuahua, Nala.
